Refund policy

Customer-Initiated Returns

Since our candles and home décor products are handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns for customer-initiated reasons such as change of mind or personal preferences.

• Damages & Defects

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange.

Please report the issue to us within 72 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging at aetherahome@gmail.com.

Once verified, we will process your replacement at no additional cost.

• Exchange Guidelines

Exchanges are applicable only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect.

The replacement item will be dispatched once the original claim has been approved.

No cash refunds are provided. Instead, you will receive a replacement product or a store credit (where applicable).

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
